Pallet Supply for Multiple Locations in Indiana

The problem with every site ordering on its own

It usually starts innocently. One site finds a supplier it likes. Another site finds a different one. A year later, the same 48x40 pallet costs three different prices, and one location is getting pallets that do not hold up in the other's racking.

That is a purchasing problem, and it is also a safety problem. A pallet that is under spec for the load can break in a rack or on a forklift. One spec across every site takes the guesswork out.

How multi-location supply works

​

You give us the pallet spec and the delivery details for each site. We source to that spec and schedule each location around its own usage:

​

• One spec, set once and used at every site

• A delivery schedule for each location, based on how fast it uses pallets

• One point of contact: Curt, who has more than 40 years in packaging

​

Each site can still order a different amount. A busy distribution center might take a delivery every two weeks while a smaller plant orders once a month. Both work through the same contact. Larger sites can take full truckloads, and smaller ones can take smaller deliveries.

Setting the spec

​

So what spec should every site use? Start with the heaviest load and the roughest handling any location puts on a pallet. Then check the entry type your equipment needs, and whether any site ships export loads that need ISPM-15 heat treatment.

We deliver across central Indiana, including Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Indianapolis, Plainfield, Whitestown and Greenwood. We also supply companies with sites elsewhere in Indiana and nearby states through our supplier network. Send the addresses, and Curt will tell you which sites he can cover.

How to get started

​

Call or text Curt at 765-661-3643, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM. Have the address of each site, the pallet each one uses now and roughly how many each goes through in a month. We accept checks, cash and ACH.

Questions about multi-location supply

​

Does each site have a minimum?

Each delivery starts at 50 pallets. Sites that use fewer can take deliveries less often.

​

Can different sites use different pallets?

Yes. One spec is simpler, but if one site needs heat-treated pallets for export or block pallets for heavy racking, we source that for that site.

​

Who do I call when something goes wrong?
