How bulk pallet pricing works

As a broker, we buy from a network of pallet manufacturers and recyclers instead of one plant. That lets us shop your order and match it to a supplier who has the right pallet at a fair price.

The price per pallet comes down as the quantity goes up. Part of that is the supplier's price, and part is freight. A truck costs about the same to send whether it carries 100 pallets or 300. So the more pallets ride on it, the less freight each one carries.

What changes your price

Quantity is only one piece. These also move the price:

​

• Type and grade: new costs more than Grade A recycled, and Grade A costs more than Grade B

• Size: standard 48x40 is usually the least expensive to source

• Heat treatment: ISPM-15 pallets for export add a small premium

• Delivery: the distance, and whether it ships LTL or as a full truckload

• Timing: a flexible date gives us more suppliers to choose from

In other words, the cheapest pallet is the lowest grade that still does the job. If you are paying for new pallets that only make one trip, ask us about recycled pallets.

Bulk orders without a contract

​

You do not have to sign a long-term contract to get bulk pricing. Order 150 pallets this month and 400 next month if that is what your production calls for. If your usage is steady, we can set a regular schedule so you are not reordering from scratch each time.

Using several hundred pallets a month? A full truckload is usually the lowest price per pallet.

Call or text Curt at 765-661-3643, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM. Tell him the pallet type, how many you need per order, how often you order and your delivery address. If a full truckload makes more sense, he will tell you. We accept checks, cash and ACH.

No. Pallet prices move with lumber and freight costs, so we quote each order. Call with your quantity, and you will get a straight number.

Yes. Mixing types on one delivery is common, such as Grade A for shipping and Grade B for use inside the building.
